With China’s reform and opening up, its entry into WTO and the improvement of legal environment, policies and legislation on VC/PE has been developed from scratch. A basic legal framework has been established, which has laid a legal foundation for the growth of VC/PE in China. China Venture Capital Association has always been committed to promoting and improving the legislation of VC/PE funds so as to create a sound and sustainable development environment for VC/PE sector. Based on thorough study on China’s policies, laws and regulations on VC/PE, CVCA has compiled this collection.
