Upcoming Events CVCA Study Mission to Guizhou and Guiyang (For Members Only) Guizhou, located in southwest China, is one of the most attractive and fastest developing investment areas in its region. In March 2011, Guizhou entitled prefectural-level cities and state-level Economic Development Zones to foreign investment examination and approval, and is continually exploring new methods of economic development and 'opening up'. New Publication The China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association ("CVCA") issued the Codification for the first time in 2010, for the purpose of helping industry participants understand the current policies, laws and regulations of VC/PE in China. The relevant updates to the 2011 version focus on the new laws and regulations released subsequent to the 2010 version (which was issued on May 2010). |
Feature Article CVCA Held the First Meeting of Industry Policy Committee (IPC) CVCA successfully held the Industry Policy Committee (IPC) first meeting on May 13th, 2011. Mr. Sing Wang, the IPC Chairman, chaired the meeting and 29 senior executives from 26 firms attended the meeting. CVCA Recently Launched Industry Policy Committee(IPC) To further support the development of industrial policy and to build up effective communication with governments, CVCA has successfully launched CVCA Industry Policy Committee(Referred as “IPC”). We encourage more professionals from CVCA member firms to join in “IPC”, contributing your expertise and exchanging communications with government regulatory authorities.
