CVCA is honored to be the strategic partner of the newly launched first state-level FOF On 28, Dec, 2010, the first state-level FOF - Guochuang FOF - is launched and CVCA is honored to be the strategic partner of it. The Guochuang FOF is established by China Development Finance Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Ventures Group. The total amount of the Guochuang FOF is RMB 60 billion, and the first phase is RMB 15 billion. The Guochuang FOF includes PE part and VC part. The Guochuang FOF will become an important institutional investor and speed up the development of China VC/PE industry. Please contact us if you have any comments. CVCA recently launched the Industry Policy Committee CVCA is pleased to announce the launch of its Industry Policy Committee. The major objectives of the Industry Policy Committee of CVCA include supporting CVCA's mission, further engaging our members in CVCA's industry policy activities and ensuring that these activities meet the needs of members in a professional and timely manner.
CVCA has cooperated with O'Melveny & Myers to send a consultation paper to SEC The U.S. SEC has published proposed draft rules for public consultation with implementing the Dodd-Frank Act regarding the registration of investment advisers of private equity funds. The proposed rules will have a significant impact for many China-based mangers that are required to register as a U.S investment advisors and to take compliance obligations. CVCA has cooperated with O'Melveny & Myers to send a consultation paper to SEC regarding the registration of investment advisers of private equity funds. Supported Events
