Stephanie Hui

Stephanie is head of Private Equity in Asia and global co-head of Growth Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. She serves on the Partnership Committee, Asia Pacific Management Committee, Asset Management Private Credit and Growth Investment committees, Firmwide Client Business and Standards Committee, Global Inclusion and Diversity Committee and Asia Pacific Inclusion and Diversity Committee. She is also on the Board of Advisors of Launch With GS, Goldman Sachs’ $1 billion investment strategy grounded in the belief that diverse teams drive strong returns. 

Stephanie initially joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as an analyst. She worked in the Principal Investment Area in New York and then transferred to Hong Kong in 1997. Stephanie left Goldman Sachs in 1998 to attend graduate school, rejoined the firm as an associate in 2000 and became an executive director in 2003. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2010.

Stephanie serves on the board of Icon Cancer Care in Australia. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Asia Society, the Board of Governors of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of Save the Children Hong Kong and Honorary Trustees of The Women's Foundation.

Stephanie earned an AB in Biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College in 1995 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.
