Neil Shen is Founding and Managing Partner of HongShan Capital Group. He is also Co-Founder of Ctrip.com and Home Inns.

He is in the Forbes Midas List from 2012 to2016 as the highest ranking investor from China, and has topped Forbes China ranking of "Best Venture Capital Investors" for five years since 2010. He has won numerous awards including the "Top Investors in China" by Chinaventure.cn and Financial Times and 2016, "50 Most Influential Business Leaders in China" and "30 Most Influential Investors in China" by FortuneMagazine in 2015and also 2016, "Figure of the Year" by "Figure" Magazine in 2015, "25 Most Influential Business Leaders" by China Entrepreneur Magazine in 2014 and 2015,"Venture Capital Professional of the Year" by AVCJ in 2010 and 2015,and "Top Ten Economic Figures of the Year" by CCTV in 2006.
