In recent years, more and more USD fund organizations have begun raising RMB funds in China, while more and more RMB funds are starting to raise USD funds. Simultaneously managing RMB funds and USD funds is becoming a significant trend in China's VC/PE industry. In order to provide valuable guidance and references for the fund management organizations in RMB/US dollar fundraising and LPA development, CVCA has conducted a survey among the Influential Limited partnership fund, analyzing similarities and differences between RMB funds and USD funds, as well as the developing trends. At this seminar, CVCA will share the latest research achievements in the field, and will also invite professionals and relevant experts to share their ideas and experiences on the practices and latest developments of RMB and USD funds.
